In our repair center, highly qualified specialists repair Bosch units from all over the world. With this expertise, combined with the modern and high-performanceequipment at every workstation, we can deliver top-quality repairs. Besides quality, speed is also important to us. The repaired electronic component is usually on its way back to your auto mobile workshop 48 hours after we receive it.

With engine control units, the 48 hours cannot always be met to due to the high technical complexity and the variety of errors.

Our service processes

Our service processes are designed to meet the needs of our customers. If the order is particularly urgent, we recommend our fast exchange service,  otherwise we offer extensive repair processes.

Unfortunately, private customers cannot send in devices directly with us and must these over their car workshop. The handling of highly sensitive electronic components in today's vehicles requires special knowledge and professional diagnostic equipment. Take advantage of the experience and technical equipment of our professionals. In just a few steps, your defective device is repaired and can be reinstalled by your car repair shop.

The repair process

You select the desired product, fill out the repair order and send the device with the enclosed parcel label with UPS to us. Your device will be repaired and returned to you.

The exchange process

You select the desired product and fill in the order form. A refurbished device will be sent to you within 24 hours. After installation, send us the defective component. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 50% on the exchange price if you do not return the defective device within 4 weeks after receipt of the goods in exchange.

Refurbished product

You select the desired product and fill in the order form. An already refurbished device in mint condition will be sent to you without returning the defective device.

New products

You select the desired product and fill in the order form. A new device will be sent to you.

Decoding process

You fill out the decoding form and we generate your code to unlock the device, which we will send to you by e-mail. Some devices may require the device to be sent in. For decoding we will charge you 17.50 € + VAT.

We offer our customers and interested parties free information about our services. Select an appropriate file to download.

Loan unit

You select the desired product and fill in the order form. To bridge the repair time required by us, you can order a loan unit from us, which you then send back. Attention: At the moment we only offer a loan device service for some diagnostic devices!
